We are partnering with a Facilities Management Provider looking for Technical Facilities Managers in Perth to deliver maintenance services across federal government sites, ensuring building services plant and equipment is reliable safe, compliant, and fully operational.

The Role

Lead and coordinate maintenance operations, optimising asset performance while leading and managing a small team and ensuring full compliance with best practice and legislative requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead a Team of Direct and Contractor Trades delivering maintenance, repairs and minor works across several sites. 
• You will manage maintenance services, repair and minor works to $1 million.
