The impact you’ll make

• Deliver instructor‑led classroom instruction with hands‑on training and coaching
• Apply ADDIE model for new and refreshed training course/program deliverables and job aids
• Iterate on our curriculum and support instructional designers and SMEs to build new curriculum content where needed
• Measure and document student progress
• Gather KPIs to inform on strengths and weakness with curricular materials
• Partner with Lam’s manufacturing team to identify enhancement areas of training to improve safety, quality and increase skill...
