Role Purpose

The Technical Instructor (Automotive) is responsible for developing and delivering both face‑to‑face and virtual automotive training programs. The instructor will ensure high‑quality learning experiences by combining strong technical expertise—particularly in vehicle systems, diagnostics, and emerging electric/hybrid technologies—with advanced communication and instructional skills.

This hands‑on, learner‑centered role requires deep automotive knowledge, excellence in content creation, and the ability to translate complex technical topics into clear, engaging training. The instructor will partner closely with instructional design teams, customers, and internal stakeholders to ensure training meets industry standards, client expectations, and real‑world dealership and market needs.
