Insight Global is looking for a hands-on Technical Lead to fully own production support + enhancements across the client's core digital platforms (Membership, Insurance, Travel, Rewards, mobile, etc.).
This is a 0β1 ownership role on the operations side β not just building features, but running the environment day-to-day:
ββ’ incident + defect management
ββ’ backlog + sprint execution
ββ’ release readiness
ββ’ operational KPIs / scorecard health
They need someone who can operate autonomously, own delivery across internal + vendors, and keep leadership out of the weeds.
Day-to-Day
ββ’ Own production support + platform stability end-to-end
ββ’ Lead incident + defect management (ServiceNow)
ββ’ Manage Jira backlog (prioritization, sprint execution)
ββ’ Coordinate across:
βββ internal dev teams
βββ SRE / platform teams
βββ external vendors
