Report to the CTO to drive technical planning, system architecture implementation, and engineering team management for the CEX platform.
Oversee the R&D and delivery of core systems, including trading engines, matching engines, market data, wallets, risk control, clearing/settlement, and user account systems.
Deconstruct technical roadmaps into actionable project plans and ensure high-quality, timely delivery by the engineering team.
Manage daily engineering operations, including task allocation, technical reviews, code quality management, and team capacity building.
Collaborate with product, operations, risk control, compliance, and security teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
