Position Overview

            Key Responsibilities Lead design and development of scalable Fullstack applications and microservices 
Contribute hands on to backend and frontend development using Java and modern frameworks 
Guide and mentor team members, fostering a collaborative and inclusive engineering environment 
Ensure adherence to coding standards, quality practices, and use of code quality tools 
Work closely with stakeholders in an Agile environment to deliver customer focused solutions 
Review architecture, identify risks, and implement best practices 
Manage and coordinate delivery for small to mid-sized teams 
Requirements Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
