Experienced Technical Lead (Java / Full Stack)

10+ years of experience

Strong Java / Spring Boot background

Full stack capability (backend-focused, frontend exposure helpful)

Experience with Oracle and/or MySQL

Prior experience in a technical lead or senior engineering role

Ability to guide architecture and support delivery
