Job Summary

We are looking for a Technical Lead with strong full-stack engineering experience and proven team management capability. This role is responsible for leading technical execution, guiding engineers, designing scalable systems, and ensuring high-quality delivery across product initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the design, development, and delivery of scalable web applications using TypeScript, React, Node.js, and Express.

Provide technical direction, architecture guidance, and code quality standards for the engineering team.

Manage and mentor engineers, support task planning, and help improve team execution.

Design and maintain databases using MySQL, DynamoDB, and other appropriate data stores.
