At Star our engineering function is organised into multiple product team spanning across the Star Compliance platform, with this role within the Compliance Control Room (CCR) Suite Each team consists of engineers and QAs, working alongside Product Owners and Product Managers.
Reporting directly to the Engineering Lead, your role will cover coaching, mentoring, and line managing a number of developers alongside staying hands on with development within the team.
Star has a culture of continuous learning and improvement. We invest heavily in training of our engineers through Pluralsight and industry-relevant certifications.
Responsibilities
