A leading engineering and manufacturing organization in Dubai is seeking an experiencedTechnical Managerto lead technical operations across steel and aluminium projects, ensuring engineering excellence, project delivery, and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities - Lead and manage all technical aspects of structural steel, architectural metalwork, aluminium, and related engineering projects from concept through execution.
- Oversee engineering, detailing, shop drawings, material specifications, and technical approvals to ensure compliance with project requirements and industry standards.
- Coordinate closely with design, estimation, production, procurement, quality, and project management teams to ensure seamless project execution.
- Provide technical guidance and solutions for fabrication, installation, constructability, value engineering, and cost optimization.
