Mission

We are looking for a technical manager(m/f/d) in the area of technical maintenance to strengthen our team at our Heidenau location.

Under the supervision of the plant manager, you will be entrusted with the following tasks:

Management of the technical department

Mastery and application of technical regulations (standards and legal provisions)

Coordination of technical interventions & assistance in troubleshooting major malfunctions

Guidance of the technical team, promotion of their skills/autonomy/performance/behaviour and implementation of methodological improvements to the department's working methods

Coordinating employees from external companies and implementing methodological improvements to the department's working methods

Monitoring the proper execution of work with regard to costs, efficiency and deadlines
