Position Overview

            Responsibilities  Digital System in performing Integrated Facilities Management 
Assist the Manager in implementing digital system to the facilities management team at the various work locations in Singapore 
To monitor the deployment of IoTs at the various work locations in Singapore 
To conduct training to the facilities management team on the digital system deployed 
Assist the digital project management for the ESS IFM sites, including new roll out of digital system for ESS IFM 
Assist in conducting audits to ensure service delivery compliance for sites to achieve operational excellence 
Monitoring of the digital system and recommending improvement to the system where applicable 
To conduct analysis from the data in the digital system as and when required 
Fostering environment of teamwork and performance excellence with the site team
