Roles & Responsibilities

• Floating RFQ and identifying the best vendor
• Tracking & monitoring POs and communicating with vendors
• Liasoning with freight forwarder / CHA for timely custom clearance
• Solving discrepancies (item lying in quarantine) and closure of pending GRN
• Pending Order List and List of open POs / SOs in AMOS
• Preparation of BFE orders and verification of order acknowledgements
• Approved Vendor List (AVL)

Qualification: aeronautical)/AME

Work Experience -Relevant/ Total Years: 4 - 5 years exp.

Work Location: Gurugram

IT Skills: MS Excel, Pivot Table, VLOOKUP

Behavioral Skills: Good Communication Skills, Good Interpersonal Skills
