ABOUT THE ROLE The Technical Officer is responsible for the day-to-day operations, maintenance and repair of building systems and services. This role supports the building operations, manages contractors and supervises a team of technicians in the day-to-day on-site tasks. He must be able to work independently, strong in technical skills and lead the technician team.
WHAT YOU WILL DO - Oversee routine maintenance of electrical, mechanical, sanitary and plumbing systems and endorse on service reports
- Monitor building systems such as ACMV, lighting, fire protection, lifts and escalators. Ensure all systems are functioning efficiently and any faults in the systems must be identified and addressed promptly
- Liaise with external vendors and service contractors for maintenance works
