Position: Technical Operations Executive

Job Purpose

The Technical Operations Executive is responsible for executing inventory management, order fulfilment, and basic technical support activities to ensure efficient and timely delivery of products and services. This role serves as the execution backbone of operations, supporting stock control, packing, shipment readiness, and coordination with both the Operations and Engineering teams in a lean organization.

Key Responsibilities

Inventory Management

• a. Execute daily stock-in and stock-out activities in accordance with company procedures
• b. Maintain accurate inventory records and update tracking systems
• c. Conduct periodic stock checks and report discrepancies
• d. Ensure proper labelling, storage, and stock organization
• e. Support inventory visibility for operational planning
