Key Responsibilities

• Supports stage builds, technical setups and production installations ahead of and during live events.
• Assists with cable management, power distribution and technical organisation across all operational areas.
• Carries out basic troubleshooting of electrical, networking and technical issues on site, escalating where required.
• Maintains and repairs technical equipment and venue infrastructure to ensure consistent operational readiness.
• Works alongside Production and Technical teams during live events, providing hands‑on operational assistance.
• Organises and manages technical equipment and storage areas, ensuring correct labelling and accessibility at all times.

What We’re Looking For

• Hands‑on experience in a technical support role within live events, clubs or festival environments.
• Basic knowledge of electronics, electrical systems and networking.
