The role:

We are seeking a Technical Operations Lead to coordinate and drive technical activity across our Operations Management function, ensuring operational, platform, security and product-related work is prioritised, planned, communicated and delivered effectively. In this role, you will act as the central coordination point between Operations, Product Management, R&D, Cyber Security, Project Delivery and Service Delivery teams, helping to ensure technical initiatives are delivered efficiently and with clear visibility across the business. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced technical environment, enjoys working across multiple teams (sales, R&D, operations) to technically coordinate and confidently manage priorities, dependencies and stakeholder expectations
