You
will be working at the Paperbags department of one of Europe's most
advanced and highly automated printing companies. The machinery at
this department is a little less complex than some of the site's
digital printing systems. However, because there is no OEM support
for the equipment, your new department requires a high level of
technical ownership. That means as a Technical Operator you are
asked to think independently, assess problems and make
well-considered decisions to maintain production continuity. A
great responsibility, but your new employer trusts you and your
colleagues will work together to keep customer deliveries on
schedule!

That also means that there is a
lot of room for continuous learning, ownership and internal
development at the company. If you do well, you will even be able
to grow into more senior technical positions!
