Handle customer inquiries: e-mails and phone calls
Support individual (B2C) and business customers (B2B)
Deal with the following topics: complaints, inquiries regarding post-warranty repairs, and technical issues
Explain non-technical customers how electronics devices work, what is inside the device
Communicate in a friendly, professional, and customer-focused manner to care about the quality of the service
Input data, write quickly and clearly
Requirements:
Fluent Polish and Hungarian (C1/C2) β both written and spoken
Very good English (B2/C1) β both written and spoken
Technical understanding β interest or knowledge of how electronic devices work
