Job Summary

Creates, adapts, and delivers Instructor‑Led Training (ILT) and Virtual Instructor‑Led Training (VILT) programs for the sales function, ensuring alignment with business needs across the Mexico and Central America region.

Impact Areas

• Design and develop training and technical education materials.
• Define and structure training programs for Mexico and Central America based on business needs products: manual and automated transmissions, clutch, SR4 diagnostic tool and powertrain familiarization.
• Establish and manage processes for participant registration, payment, and billing.
• Coordinate session logistics, including tools, materials, and execution requirements.
