Technical & Product Training Specialist

Responsible for designing, delivering, and continuously improving technical enablement programs for Teradata employees, partners, and customers, enabling adoption and effective use of Teradata Vantage and related cloud technologies through high‑quality, instructor‑led technical training.

Key Responsibilities

• Enable internal employees, partners, and customers on core Teradata technologies.
• Conduct technical enablement courses—both virtual and live instructor‑led training and workshops featuring hands‑on labs within cloud environments—to support Vantage Cloud SaaS (AWS, Google, Azure) and related tools.
• Learn and apply technical tools and topics related to Teradata Vantage.
• Develop, maintain, and refine technical training content aligned to product releases.
