Position Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Program Lead to oversee the technical execution of a large scale Enterprise Data Management (EDM) modernization effort. This role serves as the Technical Project Manager overseeing all work associated with the PWS, ensuring alignment across hybrid data platforms, cloud modernization activities, analytics capabilities, DevSecOps delivery pipelines, and multi framework Agile teams.
The Technical Program Lead must bring at least ten years of experience overseeing Data and Analytical programs of comparable scope and complexity, spanning on prem and cloud environments. The ideal candidate thrives at the intersection of engineering leadership, architecture alignment, Agile delivery, and data platform operations — ensuring high quality, secure, compliant, and mission aligned outcomes.
This position is located in our Fairfax,VA office; however, a hybrid working model is acceptable.
