**Minimum qualifications:**

+ Bachelor's degree in a technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
+ 2 years of experience in program management, collaborating with cross-functional teams.
+ Experience in data analytics.

**Preferred qualifications:**

+ 5 years of experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects.
+ Experience in Telecommunications, Cloud or Networking technology.
+ Experience with fiber network deployments, including constructing new outside and inside plant fiber infrastructure.
+ Delivery of telecommunications fiber, space/power, or capacity infrastructure.
