Overview

SOSi is seeking a Technical Program Manager to lead and coordinate high-impact research and deployment programs on AI language technologies in support of government missions. The Technical Program Manager owns the operational and financial substrate behind the Office of the CTO (OCTO) portfolio. You make sure OCTO's program artifacts, including those from Enterprise IT, are clean, reconciled, and increasingly automated, so partners across SOSi can trust what comes out of OCTO. This is a portfolio operations role. You instrument execution, run the operating rhythm, do OCTO's buying, maintain the BOE library, and run continuous financial reporting for OCTO and Enterprise IT. You report directly to the CTO.
