Technical Program Manager

The Role

We're seeking a Technical Program Manager in Pakistan to lead complex, cross-functional technical programs across our engineering organization. You'll drive delivery of critical initiatives while building strong alignment between engineering, product, and business teams.

What You'll Do

Program Delivery (40%)

+ Lead end-to-end execution of complex technical programs spanning multiple engineering teams

+ Define program scope, success metrics, and deliverables with senior leadership

+ Develop roadmaps, timelines, and resource plans while proactively managing dependencies and risks

+ Monitor progress and provide regular executive updates

Stakeholder Management (25%)

+ Serve as the central point of contact for program stakeholders across the organization
