As a Sr Technical Program Manager , you will be the connective tissue between strategy and execution for three distinct software development teams. You won’t just be tracking tasks; you’ll be optimizing the engine that builds our products. We are looking for a process-oriented leader who can balance the big picture roadmap with the granular details of a JIRA ticket.

Core Responsibilities

• Delivery & Execution Management
• Directly manage the execution lifecycle for three cross-functional software teams .
• Ensure alignment between engineering output and product requirements.
• Identify, track, and mitigate risks and dependencies across teams to prevent bottlenecks.
• Schedule and drive all team ceremonies , including Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Retrospectives, and Demos.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement by using retrospectives to refine team velocity and quality.
