Position Overview

                                 
    Lead cross-functional development teams in delivering Power Platform solutions aligned with business objectives and timelines

    Oversee project planning, resource allocation, and sprint execution using Agile/Scrum methodologies and Jira for tracking

    Bring new concepts, governance frameworks, and white papers to the Community of Practice and Technical Council

    Drive monthly Cloud and AI topics and discussions to promote technology enablement and knowledge sharing

    Collaborate with Cloud FinOps and Operational Excellence teams on compliance dashboards, governance frameworks, and reporting

    Manage project intake processes, prioritization decisions, and stakeholder communication throughout the development lifecycle

    Provide technical mentorship and conduct code reviews to ensure development quality and team skill advancement
