The role

delivers value by strengthening technical governance, improving design integration, reducing delivery risk, and supporting efficient project execution across a diverse portfolio including substations, utilities infrastructure, energy developments, industrial projects, and associated civils works.

Key Responsibilities

Provide day-to-day technical oversight across multiple civil and infrastructure design projects

Coordinate and review multidisciplinary inputs including civil, structural, surveying, and related disciplines

Ensure all design outputs are compliant, integrated, and deliverable

Support development of project scopes, programmes, deliverables, and resource planning

Assist department heads in preparing bids, quantifying design costs, and contributing to the creation of Terms of Engagement

Act as a key technical interface between internal teams, clients, consultants, and contractors
