+ Lead and drive the successful delivery of special projects and Enterprise Top Programs (ETPs) for TRIS teams, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives, timelines, and quality expectations.

+ Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, milestones, and dependencies across multiple technical teams.
