Responsibilities

• Lead and manage IT projects as the Project Manager, ensuring successful delivery within scope, timeline, and quality expectations.
• Facilitate communication and collaboration among clients, internal teams, and stakeholders to identify issues, perform root cause analysis, and drive resolution.
• Monitor and track project timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
• Identify potential risks and issues proactively, and implement effective mitigation and resolution plans.
• Consolidate project statistics and prepare reports for internal teams and senior management.
• Present and provide updates on project status, risks, issues, and progress during project meetings.
• Maintain internal project documentation, knowledge sharing, and best practices.
• Ensure effective project governance and coordination throughout the project lifecycle.
