A degree in Electrical Engineering or Power Electronics
10 years of experience or understanding of traction or propulsion systems, specifically for railway or High voltage systems
Knowledge of power electronics and high voltage applications, specifically IGBT based solutions
Executing traction system projects with cross-functional teams, stretching from mechanical design, software implementation, to electrical design and power electronics
Technically lead and drive the railway traction scope within the engineering team
Drive and deliver the project from end to end: Conceptual design, Requirements management, interface management, design implementation, test and validation including commissioning.
Managing high voltage application projects from conception to deployment
Encouraging continuous improvement within the team
