You’re a hands-on technical recruiter who knows how to find and close exceptional talent in competitive, niche markets. You’re comfortable operating with ambiguity and partnering directly with founders and engineering leaders.

You can build pipelines from scratch and understand how to engage highly specialized candidates. You have a strong grasp of technical roles across software, embedded systems, robotics, or aerospace, and you can quickly calibrate what “great” looks like. You take ownership, move with urgency, and prioritize a high-quality candidate experience.
