Job Description
This role focuses on managing the full recruitment lifecycle for technical positions, with a strong emphasis on high-volume sourcing for software development roles. You will recruit, interview, check references, extend offers, and support orientation for new hires, while also handling exit interviews and processing changes in employee status. The position requires strong judgment, creativity, and the ability to operate with significant autonomy, often leading and directing the work of others to achieve hiring goals.
Role is 100% onsite in Seattle, WA
Responsibilities
+ Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for assigned roles, including requisition intake, sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection, and offer management.
+ Proactively source and attract candidates for software development roles, with a particular focus on SDE2 and SDE3 positions, using a variety of tools, channels, and techniques.
