The Team

The Support Specialist provides technical support, advice and assistance to Hitachi Vantara's customers addressing hardware and software system problems. The role includes solving end‑user issues such as data access, performance and system inefficiencies and requires clear communication with stakeholders. The specialist works in a fast‑paced, worldwide 24×7 support center as part of a team of customer service professionals.
