- Develop new customers and maintain strong relationships with existing customers.(New 50%: Existing 50%) - Visit customers together with the sales team to provide technical support and develop new business opportunities. - Visit customers independently to identify technical needs and generate new projects or business opportunities. - Analyze customer requirements and propose appropriate Factory Automation (FA) products and technical solutions. - Prepare technical presentations, product demonstrations, and solution proposals for customers. - Coordinate and follow up with customers, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure projects progress smoothly. - Provide technical consultation and troubleshoot product-related issues when necessary. - Stay updated on market trends, new technologies, and competitor products within the Factory Automation industry.
