Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Develop and manage a results driven sales team.
Develop growth strategy/targets for assigned product line (in conjunction with applicable Sales Manager(s) for each Regional Sales/Account Manager.
Coordinate commercial and technical details with promotion, demonstration, sale and deliverables for product lines(s) both pre- and post-sale.
Develop and help facilitate product line training for assigned product line(s); and in accordance with Corporate training guidelines.
Field travel required to support costumers, sales team, and overall product line growth/development.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Familiar with manufacturing practices, sanitation and industrial environment.
Large scale food manufacturing.
Solutions provider - ability to review processes and make recommendations on equipment and components needed for them to process the raw materials.
