Position Overview

Job Description

  • Service and support existing customers, and develop new ones according to targets and budgets.
  • Liaise and communicate product ranging, pricing, action plans, and promotional initiatives.
  • Provide market information to the Sales Manager for planning.
  • Ensure adequate stock levels and obtain stock orders at retail locations.
  • Complete all call cycles on schedule, recording activities in SalesForce.
  • Undertake merchandising stock in stores as needed.
  • Grow Sika’s market share by establishing quality relationships within key retail distribution customers.
  • Support all Sika retail distribution business activities.
  • Develop and conduct Sika brand support activities, including trade breakfasts and promotional events.
  • Identify customer training opportunities and support with training programs.
