Duties & Responsibilities
- Assist customers in product usage, training, and troubleshooting, both in-person and over the phone, especially for Cash and Carry customers.
- Collaborate with Sales Representatives to enhance market share at customer locations.
- Manage urgent deliveries and collections as required.
- Maintain up-to-date product and process knowledge and continuously seek improvement.
- Set up and manage display counters effectively.
- Communicate efficiently through weekly reports and emails.
- Identify and explore opportunities for new product lines and contribute to business growth.
