Responsibilities

• Key person responsible for thermal products technical support and solutions.
• Assist the Sales Account Manager in site surveys, cost estimates, technical proposals, and quotations.
• Provide enablement and design support to Data Centre Consultants on Vertiv product solutions.
• Deliver AutoCAD layout drawings, engineering, technical and application support including CFD simulation.
• Ensure timely delivery of quality design services to make Vertiv a preferred choice for customers.
• Maintain drawings, catalogues, white papers, and technical reference materials in an organized manner.
• Continuously update knowledge of company products and industry best practices.
