We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Technical / Sales Training & Performance Development Executive to drive sales excellence and workforce development across our organisation.

The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and delivering sales training programmes focused on both pre-sales and post-sales customer experience. In addition, the role will support the development of internal staff through coaching initiatives aimed at improving workplace culture, customer‑centricity, productivity, and professional conduct.

Thecandidate may also be required to conduct technical training, e.g. NESS(National EV Specialist Safety) training programmes on weekends when assigned.
