We’re hiring a Flow Engineer to help optimise how engineering squads deliver value across Hiscox Re.

This is a hands‑on Agile delivery and engineering enablement role focused on improving delivery flow, reducing bottlenecks, enhancing team collaboration, and driving continuous improvement across cross‑functional product squads.

You’ll work closely with Product Owners, Engineers, and Technology Leaders to improve:

• Delivery efficiency
• Flow metrics & delivery visibility
• CI/CD and engineering practices

We’re particularly interested in candidates with experience in:

• Agile / Lean / Kanban / XP delivery environments
• Coaching engineering or product squads
• Delivery flow optimisation and metrics
• Technical delivery practices (SDLC, CI/CD, automation)
• Jira, Azure DevOps, Confluence or similar tooling
