Provide end-to-end technical support for residential and C&I energy storage systems in Portugal, covering pre-sales solution design and post-sales technical support.
Work closely with sales teams, distributors, and installers to understand customer requirements, develop ESS system solutions, and support technical discussions throughout the sales process.
Prepare and review technical documentation, including system layouts, single-line diagrams (SLD), BOMs, and basic technical calculations.
Support system installation, commissioning, troubleshooting, and technical issue resolution through remote and on-site support when required.
Ensure system designs and technical support activities comply with Portuguese and European electrical standards, grid connection requirements, and industry best practices.
