Responsibilities:
Provide on-site technical support to customers across China, troubleshooting lubrication-related issues.Conduct lubrication audits and surveys and recommend practical improvement actions.Promote our Energy Efficiency program, leading projects that deliver sustainable solutions Design and support customers with application improvements to enhance equipment performance and reduce costs.Identify opportunities for new products or services and work with sales teams to support business growth.Deliver both line side and classroom based technical training sessions to customer teams at various levels.Prepare timely, clear technical reports, proposals, and recommendations.Support lubrication system improvements, including component selection, system modifications, and on-site trials.Work closely with internal teams, local c...
