SAP Enterprise Cloud Services (ECS) is part of the Customer Services and Delivery board area. Enterprise Cloud Services is a business unit focusing on delivery of managed cloud services. To provide our customers with the right level of service we have a Client Delivery Management (CDM) team within SAP Enterprise Cloud Services.

Expectations and Tasks

We are looking for an accomplished SAP Technology Consultant to join our SAP Enterprise Cloud Services team as a Technical Service Manager (TSM). The role supports customers with SAP S/4 HANA adoption on their path to the Intelligent Enterprise.

• Primary contact for customers for discussions about technology and innovations and serve as an escalation point person for technical issues
