Technical Service Representative

Responsibilities

• Provide bakery and snack food shortenings and oils applications support to customers and the Bunge Oils’ sales organization via personal visits, telephone, and email correspondence.
• Define the best way to support customers’ requests, identify their needs and assist them in conjunction with sales.
• Act as a connection to Bunge and assist in the technical training of Bunge Oils sales force.
• Be responsible for the application details of projects that have been assigned.
• Work with the supervisor to prioritize requests and ensure timely and accurate delivery of application support to key accounts.
• Recommend sales leads qualification to the supervisor for distribution to sales.
• Keep records and documentation of all correspondence.
