Position Summary The MEP Technical Services Specialist is responsible for providing technical oversight and ensuring successful delivery of all mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) systems for data center projects. Acting on behalf of the owner, this role ensures that engineering, procurement, and construction activities are aligned with project objectives, design intent, and performance requirements. This position serves as the critical bridge between design teams, contractors, vendors, and commissioning agents—driving technical accountability, resolving issues, and ensuring that all systems are delivered safely, on schedule, and fully functional for commissioning and operations.
