Technical Services Coordinator - Mechanical (Role Type: Full‑time )

Key Responsibilities

• Enhance the safety culture by logging hazards and ensuring related actions are closed out.
• Regularly review all hazards associated with the operation and ensure they are clearly identified and assessed.
• Safeguard works by operating the Lock Out/Tag Out System.
• Maintain site life and building safety systems.
• Perform routine testing of interlocks and emergency stop buttons throughout the facility.
• Manage subcontractors: review third‑party risk assessments, method statements and award permits through the online permitting system.
• Comply with CBRE/Client policies and procedures.
• Ensure a safe and healthy working environment in accordance with company and client site policies.
