Key Responsibilities:
• Act as the primary onsite point of contact for LAN and wireless infrastructure incidents
• Collaborate closely with remote support team, providing clear, concise onsite data and diagnostics
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 1-3 years of progressive technical experience, with the majority in IT-focused environments.
• Working knowledge of networking fundamentals: TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, firewalls, routing/switching is an advantage
