Position Summary

Property Developers across Canada are putting a greater focus on mixed‑use communities that enable their residents to live, work, shop, and play – all in one place. These developments often have shared amenities which drives a need for more technical submetering solutions to ensure residents and tenants are fairly billed for their utility use. Metergy’s Custom Solutions team is responsible for developing and delivering technical submetering solutions to meet this need.

Responsibilities

• Participate in discovery sessions with external clients to evaluate their unique submetering and utility cost allocation needs.
• Review electrical and mechanical drawings to develop an understanding of utility distribution and mechanical systems serving our clients properties.
