Technical Services Manager – Commercial Fit-Out

Salary: £80,000 – £90,000 + benefits

We are working on an exclusive opportunity with a leading commercial fit-out and interiors contractor seeking an experienced Technical Services Manager to join their team.

This is a senior technical position responsible for overseeing the MEP elements of multiple commercial fit-out projects, from early-stage design and pre-construction through to installation, commissioning and completion.

The successful candidate will have strong technical knowledge across mechanical, electrical, public health and life safety systems, combined with experience managing building services within significant commercial fit-out projects.
